VALENTINE – Challengrs Final 2016
The 3 part of the Challenge are to do without rest between, during 10 minutes.
Part A : 4 Minutes
You have 4 minutes to do the best 1RM you can with a Clean & Jerk.
Part B : 3 Minutes
A first partner do a max of unbroken Handstand Pushups without lifting the hands or falling.
You can try many times. Take the longest round.
Then
The second partner do a maximum of Unbroken Pull Ups, while the first rest.
Part C : 3 Minutes
Do as many Burpees over the Box as possible.
Clean & Jerk : Standing in front of the Barbell, take it in your hands and lift it over your head, arms extended, parallel feet, knees and hips extended. The rep is valid. Any technic allowed.
Unbroken Handstand Pushups : Standing on you arms, hands with a maximum space of your shoulder’s size, use an abmat on the floor. Arms extended, fold it to touch the abmat with your head and come back arms and body extended. The rep is valid. The round is over when you lift hands or that you fall.
Unbroken Pull-Ups (Tractions) : Hanging on a pullup bar, arms extended, feet not touching the floor, pull yourself until the chin pass over the bar. The rep is valid. The round is over when you do not hold the bar anymore hands or that you fall or touch something with your feet or legs.
Burpees over the Box : Standing, lay totally on the floor, then jump on the Box (60cm Men and Women) with your two feet, then jump on the other side. The rep is valid. Your partner has to wait for you to go down before to lay.

A first partner do a max of unbrokenAmerican Kettlebell Swings without stopping the movement. (Men : 24Kg / Women : 16Kg)
You can try many times. Take the longest round.
Then
The second partner do a maximum of Kettlebell Clean & Push Press (unbroken) with one arm or/then the other, while the first rest. You can change hand only once. (Men : 24Kg / Women : 16Kg)
Part C : 3 Minutes
Do as many Burpees over the Box as possible.

Unbroken American Kettlebell Swing : Standing, a Kettlebell in your hands, balance it between your legs, then lift it arms and body extended other your head. The rep is valid.
Unbroken Kettlebell Clean & Push Press : Standing, a Kettlebell in one hand, balance it between your legs, then lift it on the shoulder of the same side, fold you knee then extend the legs and the arm at the same time in order to have the arm extended over your head with the kettlebell, body fully extended. The rep is valid.
Burpees over the Box : Standing, lay totally on the floor, then jump on the Box (60cm Men and Women) with your two feet, then jump on the other side. The rep is valid. Your partner has to wait for you to go down before to lay.
