For the second year F5RCE will bring you a Virtual competition : The F5 OCR Challenge.
This competition will challenge your running, grips and stamina over 3 weeks of tests and challenges.
In 2020 we had more than 250 participants competing for the title or just for fun. We are proud to bring this spirit of competition to your home and allow you to compete with no equipment or minimal equipment if you choose so.

This is the category that allows you to qualify in the pro category for the OCRWC.

*You could also make your own short rope as long as it is 1.5 inches thick or more and 3 feet long or less.
Each week the challenges will be released with a video and written instructions on how to complete the challenges.
You will have from the Friday at noon 12:00 p.m. EST to and the Thursday of the following week at noon 12:00 p.m. EST to submit your scores and video if you wish to compete for prizes.
If you want to participate for fun you will be allowed to submit your score without a video.
If you want to be eligible for the prizes you will need to film your performance.
There will be a men and women leaderboard. Everyone will be scored on the same leaderboard, but we will have access to your ages to highlight the winners of each age division.
This year we will be partners with ON running and OCRWC for prizes that will be a minimum of 100$ value. We will have many extra prizes from Diaz Human performance, café mer du sud, coach insider and f5rce training club.
The winner will receive an entry for the OCRWC as a first prize or a prize of equivalent value if athlete is already registered.
