Welcome to week 3

Your third event is : The Redo

You will need to complete in the lease time possible :

30 Door get ups
40 under over + 9kg (20lbs)
30 Door get ups
Your score is your total time.

Movement standards

Door get ups : start sitting down with your 2 hands on the ground.
Pinch the door frame (view video for acceptable ways to do it) and get up.
At the top touch the door with both hands at eye level.

Under over : You need cannot wear the weight (weight vest or backpack). You need to go under with your own body and the 9kg (20lbs) object needs to go under also. You then need to go over the 18 inch hurdle with your body and the 9kg (20lbs) object to complete 1 rep.

You need to submit a video to be eligible for prizes.

Your third test : THE RUN

You will need to complete a 2,4km (1,5mile) run.
You can film your entire run or simply film or email us a proof of your time and distance.
