8 Squat Clean
8 Toes To Bar

LOADS

RX Men : 60kg (132 lbs) / RX Women : 40 kg (88 lbs)

SCALED Men : 40 kg (88 lbs) / SCALED Women : 25 kg (55 lbs)

VARIATIONS

Rx : Squat Clean and Toes to Bar.

Scaled : Power Clean + Front Squat allowed if necesseray instead of Squat Clean.  
Knee to Elbow instead of Toes To Bar.

DESCRIPTION

The athlete is standing up, ready to start, behind the bar without touching it. The bar can be loaded. After the countdown “3,2,1, go” the athlete starts the WOD 2 with a series of 8 squat clean. Then he keeps going with the 8 Toes to bar. Then he starts again with the 8 squat clean series. And so on with an AMRAP timing. 

The score of the athlete will be the total number of completed repetitions performed during the 8min WOD. 

The last series should be correctly performed to be counted.

STANDARD VIDEO

Before starting, film the loads and the bar, in a way to correctly see the loads.

Be sure that the running movie can manage to centre :
– the timer
– the used bar
– the chosen place to perform the toes to bar

The submitted movie can NOT be cut, either edited.

The timer has to be visible during the whole WOD
